Day: Wednesday 12th October
Location: The local folk -
Second Floor, The Bell Tower, Tonedale Mill, Wellington TA21 0AW. https://www.thelocalfolk.co.uk/

During this workshop you will learn how to design and carve your own mini lino block stamps and print them to create a wrapping paper sheet design or a selection of greetings/christmas cards.
Get prepared for christmas or birthdays coming up and creative your own bespoke designs. I will show you lino stamp examples and inspiration to help you create your stamps. Taking inspiration from botanical, floral & festive designs and from simple lines and shapes to create your stamps. Please do feel free to bring along your own inspiration for your lino stamps if you would like, but I do supply resources including some images you can trace.
All materials and resources are supplied. You will be able print your own sheet of wrapping paper during the workshop (maybe more depending on your individual printing speed) or experiment with printing your own card designs on lovely recycled paper greeting cards.
At the end of the workshop you will be able to take home your printed gift wrap/cards.
All workshops are suitable for anyone completely new to printmaking and also for those who want to revisit lino printing.
Please book via this listing and I will be in touch via email shortly before the workshop.
