Come and join me for a crafty evening of lino stamp carving and playing with printmaking on Wednesday 29th March at The Local Folk space in Wellington.
During this evening workshop you will learn how to design and carve your own mini lino stamps and play with print creating your own greeting cards or wrapping paper sheets.
There will be a range of botanical/ floral inspiration and simple shape images to help you come up with your stamp design to then carve and print, (please do feel free to bring along your own image inspiration if you would like, but I do supply templates you can trace).
This a very experimental workshop, with different outcomes possible for your cards and wrapping paper.
All materials and resources will be supplied and there will be tea/coffee available.
At the end of the workshop you will be able to take home your cards and/or wrap and your carved lino stamps along with the session booklet and enthusiasm to do more at home!
This workshop is held in the beautiful space of The Local Folk in the Tonedale Mill in Wellington.
